I was thrown off by my planned dish not happening due to my leeks being moldy, so I got some of my own frozen bolognese sauce and ate it with cheese tortellini and more cheese. My groceries get delivered later today.

Last night we had gyosas done in the air fryer. Not a good idea - they came out like cardboard. Steam next time!

Steam them, then shallow fry in some fragrant oil. Delicious!

Yeah , not too soon I imagine with this covid thing. I really hope to go to visit you in Italy too but it will take a few years given the current situation
