I'm almost afraid to ask what is a "Groomer Girl".

Those are the girls that work at the grooming facility Pippi goes to.

Steak Diane tonight, brought up to temp on the smoker, and then pan-seared to finish. I used brandy in the Sauce Diane and finished it with buerre manie to thicken and gloss.

Went to RA Sushi tonight.

Seared tuna and pork gyoza for apps.

Tuna poke bowl and a wagyu beef roll with avocado and red bell pepper.

Shared tempura cinnamon ice cream with raspberry coulis and chocolate sauce drizzles.

And an espresso martini, might be good with some cream and chocolate shavings, or chocolate liquor- hint, hint.

Most unlike any Indian restaurant meal I've had. And its Fitzrovia! I hope it didn't have expensive Fitzrovia prices.

£15 for the biriyani; not hideous but definitely Central London uplift on there.
