Missed the pic since I was starving but some fried chickpea balls on rice with a seasoned tomato sauce.

I’ve added a casual chat room to CookingBites as a place for off-topic banter, light conversation, and short-lived chit-chat that doesn’t belong in forum threads. I grabbed a small part of the mix, added a bit of flour, a pinch of yeast, olive oil and baked these small flat focaccine

I mixed my left over potato- green bean mashed potatoes with an egg plus some chickpea flour.

On impulse, I decided to try my piccalilli with it. But the jar sealed too well.

Nasi Goreng at the cafe/restaurant chain The Lounge that seems to do pretty good job. It was tasty.
I notice they also allow dogs so I might be taking the greedy one for a nice beach walk soon

Brussels sprouts, stuffing, mashed sweet potato, whipped yellow potatoes with chives and gravy, green bean casserole, turkey and gravy, creamed pearl onions. Biscuit on the side.
Sparkling Apple, Cranberry cider (non-alcohol).
