Usually I do but I was squeezed for time today and my local butcher does a really good ready made one in a jar so I used that. To be honest I can't really say there is much difference.
I do a home-made microwave version which works well. Very quick.

I also have a quick "one-minute" version that tastes fine to me. I've never made hollandaise the "traditional" way.I do a home-made microwave version which works well. Very quick.

I don't know the timeline, but I do know that whenever I discover one of these "tricks" from one cook, it doesn't take long before I notice the same/similar method pop up elsewhere.Oh, you mean the one they came up with after ER had been making it since at least 2 years prior?
The pizza dough is 50% whole wheat.
The frequent salads and smaller portions/healthier eating is paying off. MrsT has lost 11 pounds since the first week in August. I don't know what I lost, but I know my belt won't tighten any further and I have to hold my trousers up with one hand while I'm walking, or they slide down my flat azz.
