What did you cook or eat today (October 2021)?

How were the yolks? I've wanted to do these but I'm afraid I won't be able to achieve runny yolks, or at least soft jelly yolks.

I didn't nail them this time TBH, so they were a bit jelly-like but not runny. I keep saying to myself I'm going to try to do them in the sous vide but I get lazy to get it out of the cupboard. :laugh:

Well, didn't stop my younger son from eating 3!

I'm sure they were still delicious! If they were still jelly-like I think that's ok. I fear mine would be chalk.
 
Salad with field greens, red cabbage, carrots, radish, cucumber, tomato, feta, roasted crockpot chicken chunks, and bacon with garlic bread. I used ranch dressing with a balsamic drizzle. I almost licked the bowl, lol.
