I really like the idea of the pumpkin spice with pear, how clever! I don't like pumpkin but I do like the spice, so this would be a way for me to do it (other than apples). Thanks!

I got really runny yolks in this attempt. But won't lie, it was a slow and careful process.

What did you cook or eat today (January 2021)?

I've yet to manage runny eggs in Scotch Eggs. For curried boiled eggs (viz: Egg and potato dum), I've been semi successful once.

Oh, it is worse than that. Not proper beer battered cod fish, but Long John's Silver fried fish. Imagine the McDonald's of fish and chips, and somehow much, much greasier. Imagine a Salad with 62 grams of fat. Imagine lubing your car with fried fish. Imagine the Jägermeister of seafood. That's what TastyReuben does to his body a couple of times a year.

Splurging on lunch in Oia, Santorini, which means I will be eating a salad at McDonalds for dinner but I really wantes to try the tomatokeftedes (tomato frittera, which is a local dish to this island) and the local wine. This was delicious.
