Out to lunch after grocery. BLT for me with fries and coleslaw. Chicken salad sandwich with chili cheese fries for Craig. We had dessert for dinner from bakery, cherry turnover for me and chocolate chip brownies for Craig.

We had a wine tasting at a place that makes wine and olive oil, and they put out a little spread for us:
We each had two helpings! It was all very good and made fresh right there, including the bread, which the person hosting the event said she’d made, “…so if there is problem with it, come to me!”

After my day, takeout. Dragon and vege rolls for me. Spring rolls, pork fried rice and chicken massaman curry for Craig.

Sweet and hot banana peppers look the same. Someone in the Kroger produce department got them mixed up, and I found out the hard way. When everything was cooked, I sliced into my "sweet" banana pepper enchilada stuffed with Mexican chorizo and queso quesadilla, and smothered in enchilada sauce, took a bite, and...
Those peppers are considerably hotter than a jalapeño.
