It's Lobster Season here in Caracas at the moment. The restaurant I cooked at last month is doing a special lobster menu; lobster rolls in a brioche bun, lobster Thermidor, lobster vermicelli, lobster grill...Last night I had a dream about lobster.
I think I might just see whether me and the wife can get down there for a faceful of lovely lobster...
