I had to be-bop out earlier than I care for, to have my blood drawn for an up-coming Doctor's appointment and of course it was as a "Fasting" work up - hate this!!! I'm allergic to sharp objects coming near me, well not my chef's knife though
Got me a "grab-n-go" sandwich in the colder case, found a quiet spot and started to munch away, but not before removing that horrid Tomato slice!!!

Made this little snack plate for DH before I got off to BINGO NIGHT!! with my Neighborhood Gal Pals. One of them just recently moved back to town, SO EXCITED!! Wish me luck!

Deli-sliced Boar's Head Hot Capicola (the ONLY brand of Deli Meats that I buy, at least here on the "Mainland") speared with two kinds of Olives.
