What did you cook or eat today? (October 2025)

I just saw a recipe on this recently, didn't watch yet, but that looks exactly like it!
We just "discovered" Marry Me Chicken this year and began making it. Then we "discovered" Marry Me Beans (with Great Northern beans). Now we combine the two to make it even better. The flavor is intense. Try it and you won't be disappointed. 👍
 
Never heard of those. I'll buy the Vidalia when in season, usually pickle some, and then wait for next year. Makes it work... 🤙

They look just like them. Very pale yellow, very papery skin, short and wide. And very sweet.
I'm glad to have them before going to the numbered sweet onions... 4466 or whatever they are. They aren't Vidalia's number.

Its all about the cream I think... so you cook the beans in the same sauce?
