Do you buy your shitakes dried or fresh?
I can only find dried here in Cowboyville Arizona.
When we lived in Southern AZ, I could get fresh but man, they were pricey!!
The dried stuff from the Asian Market is uber cheap, so I stock piled a bunch.

Edit: the expensive for fresh ones and cheap dried at the Asian store part.

I got home around 4pm, took a break, and then made our family's favourite beetroot and sweetcorn bake, some potatoes and an Italian tomato sauce for pasta.
I was going to make some other stuff, but thought it better to chill out for a while. They'll get done tomorrow, and involve Swiss chard, chickpeas, bacon, and something with minced beef.

There's broccoli, carrots, broad beans, vegan nuggets and the phyllo pastry pie.

Well, they look whiteish on my monitor. Maybe light gray?

I'm guessing they are the broad beans. Everything else is pretty recognizable.
