I can only find dried here in Cowboyville Arizona.
When we lived in Southern AZ, I could get fresh but man, they were pricey!!
The dried stuff from the Asian Market is uber cheap, so I stock piled a bunch.

I got home around 4pm, took a break, and then made our family's favourite beetroot and sweetcorn bake, some potatoes and an Italian tomato sauce for pasta.
I was going to make some other stuff, but thought it better to chill out for a while. They'll get done tomorrow, and involve Swiss chard, chickpeas, bacon, and something with minced beef.

For lunch at work today I have had a tradional British dish of British Baked Beans on Toast.

1 tin of British baked beans + 2 slices of half-and-half bread (toasted) = enough complex carbohydrates to give me energy all afternoon!

Well, they look whiteish on my monitor. Maybe light gray?

I'm guessing they are the broad beans. Everything else is pretty recognizable.
