The Y shaped ones are what I use. Maybe because I'm left-handed, but they work an absolute treat. I can peel a carrot in seconds and a potato in no time at all.

I use the straight one for carrots and such. I find it easier because I can go up and down and it’s peeled faster. The Y is better for me on potatoes because of the odd shapes.

He's an acquired taste, but I like some of the stuff he makes.

I can't watch Food Wishes videos. That sing song way he has of accenting his words drives me nuts.
Whereas Backyard Chef just sounds like he's half in the bag

I was like that at first with his stuff, but now I’m used to it. When I pull up one of his really early videos, where he’s just talking like a typical person…I can’t listen to those. He doesn’t sound right without his affectation.
