Oven roasted bone-in skin-on Chicken Thighs, diced Sweet Potatoes and deconstructed Brussel Sprouts quick stir fried with Garlic to a crisp-tender.
DH said, "pass".
"Nothing has any taste."
There are times that he can't taste things, so there's that.
I must break my arm patting my own back, it was all delicious.

sometimes I do that and deep fry it and then chop it and use it as salad topping, like chicken chicharronsI pull it off and cook it separately like JAS_OH1.
