What did you cook or eat today (September 2025)?

Finishing off the rest of my homemade gnocchi and made a tasty homemade marinara sauce to pair with it. I also blackened some chicken thighs and chopped them up and mixed them into the dish, and then melted some mozzarella on top. Spicier than I anticipated, but still, very tasty.
