I made a free style curry with OPWR*
Thai red curry paste, chicken, onion, garlic, green beans, tomato and a little butternut
Plus fish sauce, lime juice & tamarind.
Turned out real good

Mrs. Next Door Neighbor has become abscessed with Pickled Red Onions for some reason and get any that she likes, other than at our favorite Fish Fry Friday joint.

I sunk a taste, not bad.
