While I put in the full amount of Gochujang in I dialed down rest of the chilli a wee bit but I think next time I’d go back up!
There’s something about the way the chilli works in it that’s better than normal chilli flavoured things. I think it was rounder?![]()
Yes I think so - the stewing takes the sharp edge off it and makes it a bit more savoury in conjunction with the natural chicken stock that exudes.
