While I put in the full amount of Gochujang in I dialed down rest of the chilli a wee bit but I think next time I’d go back up!
There’s something about the way the chilli works in it that’s better than normal chilli flavoured things. I think it was rounder? 🤷‍♀️

Yes I think so - the stewing takes the sharp edge off it and makes it a bit more savoury in conjunction with the natural chicken stock that exudes.
 
Dim sum last night. The garlic-sesame mushrooms and dipping sauce were homemade. The dumplings were all purchased. Fillings were beef chicken, pork and shrimp, with various vegetables.

Not sure about the challenge as the leek here is just a minor ingredient
When 'floating' the idea for leeks as an ingredient, three members expressed an interest. I hope there will be more who will join in. Leeks are such a sweet, gentle vegetable and are very versatile. I won't necessarily be looking for them to be centre stage, although they most certainly can be. I'm more interested in flavour combinations.
Enter this beauty.
