Brioche bun, sweet black smoked bacon, free range egg

We have 3 bacon rashers left so they will be added to the carbonara sauce later in the week.

No :headshake:. I grill as much as possible (apart from the egg obviously) to avoid oil, don't like oiley/greasy foods, the eggs are drained of excess oil before serving.
 
We shall be having pinto beans, french fries and cornbread later. Today will be good for baking and tomorrow will be even better for baking. I will bake a dessert tomorrow.
 
We shall be eating out for the next three days. Hopefully there will be something to write home about (and post images of).
The poached eggs for breakfast were not a patch on mine.
