What flavors/flavours do you have stored in your brain's "data bank?"

Hi PabloLerntKochen
What ratios of anise, clove, cinnamon and sugar did you use?
I have a recipe which uses 1 tbsp of Truvia and 0.25 tsp of cinnamon and was thinking of using Anise instead of the truvia.

Yeah I have an insane memory for flavors, it already started when I was a kid. I used to read cookbooks as young as 7, and gesture like I was eating according to my parents.
I have always been able to 'taste' anything in my mind, much like I imagine a composer can hear music in their mind. I read cookbooks as a way to relax because it's like 'eating' a feast for me. I also usually can rely on this to know if something is going to taste good before I make it. I still remember the first time I ate certain foods as vividly as it gets. And I still search for certain flavors from my childhood, which is wonderful when I can find a way to re create them.
