I guess she took the lead from her older s.i.l. we both think a lot of her. Wifes bro is an a #$$^. He left her for another woman. Family have wiped him.

This is what's currently in the hallway waiting to be loaded onto the bikes and there's a bit more to go 
I am only taking two sets of mobike clothes and one dress for off the bike. We'll be riding for just over a week, I consider that packing light.
The food and cookware I'm taking aren't negotiable, until tomorrow when I can't fit it all on the bike

When back in the day I had motor bikes I never carried gear like that. I carried my gear in a duffel bag. Mind you I never went away more than 3 days.

Three days and one bag is doable. Weeks on end is doable with one decent sized duffle.
This is slightly different because once a year I have an opportunity to take things via ferry that I can’t take in a planes cabin bag, so there’s lots of food, ingredients and a large Ninja oven
I also have very large panniers because the bike is my only vehicle in Spain and I do like a big supermarket shop

Started packing ...
This is our "large" suitcase of mostly DH's essentials ... I haven't even gotten to our clothes!
DH comes in just about now and says, "ya know, we did take the TWO suitcases last year ..."
I totally forgot that our baggage went for free last year...
