What is your best oil for deep frying?

That is something I couldn't be without for long!

Its funny - I had a phase of making it a lot - it was a revelation at the time. I then got sick of it. I still don't fancy it and its been several years now although I appreciate the appeal.
 
I always used to use rapeseed oil for deep frying, but our local supermarket were doing a special offer on sunflower oil (5 litres for £3.50) so I changed to that.
