What is your favourite red meat?

I'm expecting that beef may come out top but we shall see. Tell us which red meat you prefer (assuming you are a carnivore/omnivore). If you don't eat red meat then tick that option.

For the purposes of this poll, red meat is defined as: beef, veal, lamb, mutton, pork, goat and venison.

Pork all the way for me, no contest. Over here, though, it’s known as “the other white meat.”

Salt marsh lamb is my absolute favourite. We have some excellent salt marsh lamb in Kent too.

Beef for me although because of the quality of beef available here I am now favouring pork. Lamb is very expensive, if available at all, but it has never been my favourite (although I would not say no to a decent Rogan Josh).

I'll have to go with beef..then pork..I rarely eat the other choices..I sell beef and pork so I just bring it home..

Chicken is considered a vegetable by some
It's a toss up between pork & beef as the cold meats I like are all pork.
Still choose beef. I find it real versatile

I adore a good Rib Eye Steak with crisp French Fries/Chips; a tossed Salad and a glass (or three) of Red Wine.

I do, occasionally. Can't say it's a favourite food, however.
Caseydog is right; the capybara is the largest member of the rodent family.
The meat actually tasted a little sweet to me. Not bad at all!
