Oh you lost me at BBQ sauce. I do like it, but not on fried chicken. After they're fried the bbq sauce is slathered on and then in the air fryer preheated to 390°F/200°C for several minutes. Crisps them right up again with the bbq sauce flavor!
I found the HI section in the Walmart on the West side...
You should have seen the Dorado I caught in Mexico while vacationing in Cozumel! It was a long time ago and we unfortunately didn't get photos (back before cell phones and DH didn't take his camera on the boat). Anyway, it was at least 25 pounds. I used to fish for them in Florida (where we called them dolphin, not to be confused with the mammal as I am sure everyone knows), too, but mostly I caught red snapper and grouper in the Gulf of MEXICOI found the HI section in the Walmart on the West side...

I discovered Pippi likes the MilkBone brand mini soft and chewy ones. Those things are more per pound than I pay for some meats at $10/lb.View attachment 129648

They look like unpuffed 'sugar puffs' a sugary Brit cereal.Usually when I think of wheat I think of flour but I saw this in Morelo's Market and couldn't resist.View attachment 129760View attachment 129761
We got Cheerios, with strawberries or blueberries, no sugar. They look like unpuffed 'sugar puffs' a sugary Brit cereal.
We were allowed sugary cereal only at Christmas![]()
We were made to eat 'All-bran' which was absolute torture. Then there was a relaxing of the rules and we could have Bran Flakes or Weetabix (all without any sugar) so that was all fantastic for a coeliac in the makingWe got Cheerios, with strawberries or blueberries, no sugar.
That used to be called Super Sugar Crisp here, but then with the concerns over health many years ago, they changed it to Golden Crisp…problem solved! They look like unpuffed 'sugar puffs' a sugary Brit cereal.

You have to love how a rebrand solves allThat used to be called Super Sugar Crisp here, but then with the concerns over health many years ago, they changed it to Golden Crisp…problem solved!
Unsugared, we get both puffed wheat and puffed rice cereals that look like that…and taste like styrofoam.
We often use it. A lot of the middle eastern dishes I make have it and green wheat in them. They're ostensibly used similarly to rice or barley or even rye.Usually when I think of wheat I think of flour but I saw this in Morelo's Market and couldn't resist.View attachment 129760View attachment 129761
