What produce/ingredients did you buy or obtain today (2026)?

High protein content? It seems to be recommended for pizza. Not sure if I heve ever used it. I use strong white bread flour as sold in the UK.

I got a bit confused by the bag labelling as well.
Farina forte (I translated as strong wheat flour)
Soft wheat flour type 0
Strong flour
Seems to contradict itself
It does.
Says 14% protein/gluten.
Soft wheat is generally between 9 and 10% protein. Perhaps it has added gluten.

Was gifted half a goat today. No pics or spoilers on this one and no room in the freezer.
