A new series of 24 hours in Police custody started yesterday and the 2nd half is this evening. I enjoy these because it isn't a macho copper type programme as others can be.

Unfortunately DH wants to watch the great debacle (aka presidential debate) tonight. I'll have to be drinking to get through it.

Unfortunately DH wants to watch the great debacle (aka presidential debate) tonight. I'll have to be drinking to get through it.

We’ll likely watch an hour or so of it, just to see what the tone is like. Personally, I find debates to be pretty useless these days, and just staged for the express purpose of seeing who can pop out the “best” zinger against whom.
