That show got too freaky for me, AND I'm from NJ.
A boss I had when the show was filming lived two houses down from the Sopranos house (outside shots) in The Caldwells (right down the road from the airport JFK Jr. took off from on that fateful night). He watched them filming all the time.
Passed the butcher shop in Kearney on way to a restaurant. And passed the Bada Bing bar is a real-life club called Satin Dolls, on Route 17 in Lodi, N.J. (The owner was a man named Tony with mob connections.)
