Hmmm. We've spoken about this before, haven't we?
I know we both love the flavour of hops, but, as with any ingredient, overkill simply destroys the original product; in this case, beer. Hops, in a judicious quantity, are fruity, floral and slightly bitter.
I suppose it's a bit like making chicken with 40 cloves of garlic, and using 120, or these insane lunatics who think it's a good idea to make hot buffalo wings with a dozen Carolina reapers.
Or a cup of tea with 10 tsps of sugar. :hyper: :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:
 
A double whiskey since I:
  • Cut the grass.
  • Harvested my garlic.
  • Trellised my cucumber.
  • Took the trellis off the watermelon.
  • Fixed Mom a country fried steak dinner.
  • Cut Pippi some cheese.
  • Wore Ozzie out with the riding mower.
Now I'm done and nada tomorrow, cook day!!!
Well shoot; added rake up a mulch pile tomorrow. No end...
 
Had one of my Neighborhood Gal Pals over again for Sip-Nibble-Chat after work on Friday.
She was kind enough to share a bottle of wine that her daughter made...
