Tinto de Verano, according to the website - rioja mixed with lemon-lime soda and sweet vermouth, mixed in a pitcher with ice and orange slices.

My wife and her Canasta-playing buddies often drink tinto de verano. It's usually just red wine and Seven-up, or something similar.
Now a far more potent use of 7-up is a Caribe; 2 shots Venezuelan rum, ice, Angostura bitters, slice of lemon, top up with lemonade.
