We had a syrah bottle for Xmas lunch..it was horrible. I drunk a glass then switched to peroni beer. I got 2 boxes for $21 a box. Most were drinking beer except isla ( nearly 17) vodka can pineapple and passionfruit.

Christmas Lunch at my Mother's Senior Living Community.
They always serve a single cocktail per diner, today's was a Rosemary Mimosa
It tasted a bit odd, until Mrs. NDN asked, "what's that at the bottom of the glass?"
I found three good sized pieces of fresh Ginger Root, they could have left that out and it would have been a perfectly good cocktail
When we got home from lunch, I made myself a proper drink... Prosecco with a wee dram of Chambord in the glass.
It's okay, but I can think of other cocktails to use that expensive Chambord in ... I love the glass!

I try to find bottle. I suspect it's thrown out..I asked shirl (wife) where she got it from but she didn't know as it could be a 6 year old gift. She gets gifted wine and stores it. Have you seen her stash????

Lemon Drop made with my homemade Limoncello ... stinkin' good!
Gave DH just a small taste (he's not suppose to drink alcohol), he said " ... I like the other way that you make the Lemon Drop, my favorite cocktail so far..."
I told him just sip his slowly, it's mostly just Vodka!
