This, grape juice, it does look like wine from afar, haha, we’re going dry for the whole year until next Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Where was the syrah from?

I only asked because , about 15 years ago, I was involved in gourmet festival which lasted 3 days. My stand was right in front of the sommelier's stand, so I thought, ok, now's the time to ask what wine goes best with curry.the bottle.
Someone bought her a cheap wine.
Nope. Had to look it up.Anyone ever heard of Grand Father Port by any chance?
Ahh yep and Grand Father Port (Dated) is very very good and expensive as hell, which brings me to the purpose of my question. I was doing a trip from Adelaide to Katherine in the Northern Territory - anyway we stopped at one of the very few outback pubs/camping grounds on our way there and did the right thing went in and had a few beers and a feed.Nope. Had to look it up.
All the ports I've ever tried were from Portugal. Didn't know there was an Australian one!

So long as it is sealed and has been kept at room temp then it will last for ages.I need to get rid some of my port bottles, not sure how long thry last but I possibly have them for 10 years.
Really because I gave a whole truck full, Ford Explore truck, to my neighbor and he said he he had to dump them because there was sediment left inside the bottle. So long as it is sealed and has been kept at room temp then it will last for ages.
