I forgot to say, that Lemon Drop I had the other night at the Hilton Hawaiian Village cost $20 !!!! 
I just tabulated what it costs me to make this at home, back in Cowboyville Arizona, less than $1.50 per cocktail!!!!!!!!

Another ginger beer cocktail… apple brandy, lemon-honey syrup, topped off with ginger beer. That’s it. Delicious (and it begs for Autumn, as am I).
