Whatcha drinking (2025)?

I only drink one of three things - more or less:

Black Coffee
Bud Light (Beer for those who don't know) and,
Captain Morgan and coke, long glass no ice (that's a dark rum)

When at home (Aussie):

Victoria Bitter (Beer)
Bundeburg Rum andf coke as above :)
Black Coffee
 
I just told DH he's been taking bigger and bigger "sips" of my cocktails, especially the Lemon Drop, his favorite.
So I remembered that I have several small " Cordial" glasses stashed away... I puller one down gave it a good washing and showed him "his glass".
I said, "you'll get just a small bit", and he replied, "NAH! FILLER' UP!!!"
* as she scurries off to the kitchen freezer *
It's about 3 ounces. You'll get MAYBE two, that's all! You're not suppose to drink alcohol, but I'll let you have a sip now and again."

A Miller High Life pony after I cut the grass

Coffee, usually black
(This is a favorite since I've an old-school percolator that percolates as long as it's heated.) 👍)

Vodka martini, no ice, sometimes dirty
 
Made it home ok from NY state…baby, it’s cold outside!

I gotta tell a story about DH & I.
The first apartment we had was his from his bachelor days.
I had moved all of my stuff in, including an old percolator and burr coffee grinder.
I had bought some whole beans of the local flavor that we liked, which was cheaper than pre-ground.
I came home from work one afternoon and DH was having a hell of a time trying to make himself coffee.
Being a confirmed bachelor, he'd never made his own coffee before... "What am I doing wrong? Look at how weak this coffee is. I've run this through now three times ..."
I took the lid off, only to find WHOLE COFFEE BEANS packed into the basket!
I died laughing, literally rolling on the floor!
Once I could compose myself, I gave him "in service training".
