What's the biggest cooking holiday in your country?

I would have to say Christmas, we get together with family and friends, we have a menu and every body brings some part of the menu. The food is set out and we eat all day. We exchange gifts and eat and drink until late that evening. It is the biggest get together of the year for us.
 
In New Zealand, Christmas as we don't have Thanksgiving. Second would probably be Easter.
