Yep. They are about to make a comeback with the introduction of legal marijuana here.

I just heard something about it on a business radio station.
The sticking point is that they shouldn't be marketed to children considering they are made of candy. By adding strictly regulated alcohhol to them, they may be able to pass legislation.
