Which fresh herbs do you use the most?

@buckytom , Be glad you don't have any wolverines. Not much will deter them. Not sure if black bears would mess with a full grown adult. One giant, mean, nasty skunk.

Drying parsley thyme and sage at present. Freezing fresh basil. Getting new coriander plants today. Heading to,the garden centre now.
