Which fresh herbs are used most in your cooking? The poll allows for 3 choices and I listed as many common herbs as would fit in, but you may have others you use.

It seems that basil is the most often purchased herb in the UK.

Dried oregano.. I use that one most often.
Fresh chives as I grow them
Number 3 is a toss up between basil & coriander (cilantro). I went for coriander as I do really like it.
I grow basil, but my Thai basil has kicked out my Italian version and I don't use the Thai basil all that often

Parsley
Thyme
Oregano, but I picked rosemary because I only use dried oregano from my garden, while I have a large rosemary bush.
I have a lot of fresh herbs growing in my garden but I’m too lazy to use them. They are chives, French tarragon, basil. They smell fantastic and I grow them where i can’t grow anything else.

Chives, rosemary and thyme for me, always the fresh versions but occasionally chives that are frozen. If dill was on the list I would have possibly ticked that instead of chives.
I definitely love dill, but I can only grow it when the soil is a bit warmer, so not in the winter.

I can only grow coriander in the winter. Just too hot here. I need to get some culantro seeds but it's an unknown here.
I got about 3 square metres of mint.
I don't use it often but it smells great when the dogs run through it :)
I bought a culantro plant and it’s surviving, I’m very surprised about that. However, my purple perilla and my mint are all dead.

Morning Glory I guess this is both fresh and dried?
I think my answers would be quite different for fresh than they would for dried.

Ps there might be a ‘use’ missing from the title.
Oops. Corrected title,

I suppose fresh for this poll. I agree I use them differently. Amended.
