My marjoram sprouted up from no where, it’s very fragrant, but I rarely use it.

Marjoram is in some ways similar to oregano and can replace it most recipes. It tends to be sweeter and milder than oregano.

I can only grow coriander in the winter. Just too hot here. I need to get some culantro seeds but it's an unknown here.
I got about 3 square metres of mint.
I don't use it often but it smells great when the dogs run through it

I wish they would roll around in it, but unfortunately they find other things to roll around in....
And they don't nearly smell as nice as mint

That's easily parsley, thyme, and rosemary for me. Tarragon, sage, oregano, chives, and basil come in behind those. I seldom use cilantro or mint.

Very classic. Although I'd have thought with your love of French cuisine that tarragon might feature more?

To be honest, I don’t like cilantro but they are very cheap here 20c and my daughter said something about removing toxin and heavy metals from your body if you eat cilantro. So that’s why I eat them.

Cilantro (coriander leaf) seems a divisive herb.
You love it or you hate it.
You seem to be the exception of the rule
It is a taste you can get used to though. I hated fresh coriander for a long time, but somewhere along the line I started to love it. Maybe ageing tastebuds, maybe SE Asian food in combination with other herbs and spices... Love it now

Well there is the genetic thing: to some it tastes like soap and thats proven to be genetic. It is a powerful taste if used uncooked. Cooked into a curry (or other dish) it mellows out.

That's strange (to me). I never came across anyone who thought coriander leaf/cilantro was bland. It has a zesty citrus smell.
