No, I don't think so. My mom always made liver and onions and I hated that, but I still like onions just fine. So no, not weird.

Dont get me wrong my mum gave us mostly good grub for the money she had which was not a lot. I think??? My grandparents helped her???
Veges were boiled the hell out of it plus very salty.
We were better off than many around us.
