I have one with the wider ridges that doubles as a top to a Le Creuset braiser.buckytom , You can get a nonstick aluminum pan from Amazon like I did & save lots of time during cleanup. I gave one of my brothers an iron grill for his birthday. He let it rust all over on both sides!! Never again will I get him anything else!! I was so pissed at him for that!!!!!https://www.amazon.com/Jean-Patrique-Whatever-Pan-Aluminium/dp/B07KDW9W91/ref=sr_1_13_sspa?crid=23MXIL64APX5T&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.MCR865-g7NFyoJO2A6xr0ULLIbebOXiMMJSgClXODSlzSGvO2i8f-n4YXJKSvctoap4zLMiBGVUka-yGrJIKkMLxhc7doyNLCEShoYwIAPhuAsurtNX_6034ZtpNWp8imlp4_KhsBPS3_LwJ2Uz9q4oP7QBsPoxMS0lp2arsRXU_-QLn5SICXgJdvQ1nzUPauh84xw9gwFbYUrEBfJ0dUh5c2qoktS5BH8ypORrhMvh3iYuB75lANgJYkcyzx4Ygr9KH8mMcmE9FwrVnvTB1TGAnePioamHcZ8QJG7RkQQM.5HpPfRV2d9eTnRt0Hp6LSlG6bmr9R94FQy6RmTr6fGY&dib_tag=se&keywords=nonstick+grill+pans+stovetop+with+lid&qid=1777936496&sprefix=nonstick+grill+pans.,aps,315&sr=8-13-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9tdGY&th=1
I agree.A cast iron grill pan. Most useless thing in my kitchen that's a pain to clean. I wish there was a way to grind down the ridges to make it a useful regular cast iron pan.
That one is quite expensive, but I would imagine that you know what you want.Thanks. I have one with the wider ridges that doubles as a top to a Le Creuset braiser.

Slightly less annoying to clean if you have a sticky marinade or something.

Lodge is good, but it's awfully heavy!!! Very heavy for me trying to lift it!!!I got this for around $18...View attachment 144551
