For Greek yogurt it says 1 container of whole milk, which I brought to 190°F and then cooled to 108°F. Add 50 ml of pure yogurt and put the container in the gizmo. Select Greek and set the time. The Greek yogurt temperature is 104°F for 10 hours and I set it for 12. It's a wakeup thing. Then it goes in the fridge for 3 hours and then in the strainer thing for 6 to 8.
