Salads are (usually) very healthy and there are so many different ways to create one.
What I usually make is lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper (usually red but I use the others too), onion, olive oil and vinaigrette. This is obviously just the base, then I add different things such as olives, cheese (so many different delicious ones), avocados, potatoes, ham, egg whites or what ever else comes to mind. Quite often a salad makes up around 70% of my plate, I just add a steak or two or some chicken and I have a delicious and healthy meal?

Chicken or not, caesar salads are amazing! Outback Steakhouse has an delicious caesar dressing! It is so good!
