Do you still enjoy ?

Pizza roll was my favorite that I always enjoy eating ever since I was a child. And up to now that I had my own family already I do still enjoy cooking and eating this kind of meal. And the kids really love this especially for snack time. It is just easy to make and even children can do it on their own.

Pasta. I absolutely hated all pasta when I was younger though and now I love it. I guess that counts, right? Other than that... I'm not sure of anything that I still like that I liked when I was a child. My tastes change a lot!

My childhood was rife with Burger King and my grandmother's inedible cooking, so I really don't have a favorite food from my past. But there was one thing my mom makes that I miss: roasted carrots. I don't know why, but I could eat her roasted carrots until they'd come out of my nose. She also makes a mean scrambled egg.
Ugh, now I want my mommy haha.

Home made sausage rolls, jam/lemon curd tarts and bread and butter pudding with custard.
My wife and kids love the sausage rolls and tarts but the kids aren't too sure about the bread and butter pudding with the dried fruit in it.

The kids love 'Eggy Bread' which my dad called 'Gypsy Toast' when I was a kid.

I used to make eggy bread for my kids. Very useful if you have two kids and only one egg left! I rememberLemon curd and Raspberry tarts - but they came in a box from the local Co-op.

My dad used to make a terrific fruit cake, I stopped eating it when I left home. Two years ago dad stayed with us over Christmas so I asked him to make us a fruit cake, it took me right back and was just as good as I remembered :okay:
