Maybe I'm cheating....but my pancake batter is basically yorkshire pudding batter (equal volumes of plain flour, eggs and 50/50 milk & water) with a bit of extra milk or water to make it a bit more runny for a pancake consistency.Not normally. Eggs are more for Yorkshire puddings, IMO.
Interesting. I'll try this for breakfast. Our usual recipe is gf flour, egg and non-dairy milk. My father in law makes pancakes by simply mixing egg with mashed banana.
One of my aunt's never used eggs or milk for making pancakes, but then she was from Yorkshire.....That is unusual! Most pancake batters contain eggs. Vegan pancakes it is, then!

I did think it a bit strange that you said no egg - these look fab. I love the little air bubbles. I have yet to make any today... but I will!
