Considering the temperatures are dropping slightly (Barcelona 15 - 16 - 6am ) and by noon, rising to 27 - 29 degrees, Beef Bourgignon is a wonderful selection. I use the Alain Ducasse recipe ..
OK - at last we have a dish which is getting more than one or two votes! Boeuf Bourguignon and/or Mushroom Bourguignon it is! So this Cookalong will suit carnivores and vegetarians/vegans and the ingredients are hopefully available to most members. I'll start a new thread shortly, with an example recipe. Thanks everyone for your contributions. We got there in the end!
Great news .. I have an amazing recipe. Just have to source the meat and vegetables and some of the herbs / spices .. And prepare and take a few photographs ..
