Seared scallops with a lemon butter sauce, ParmR/grits souffle in the middle, with a ring of yellow and green squash.

I'm stuffed and exhausted. I remember why I don't make complicated meals that take 2 hours of nonstop cooking.

We went Indian tonight. Made from scratch. Even needed to make up a fresh batch of garam masala. Picked the bay leaves straight off the tree.

Butter masala tofu, with carrots and parsnips underneath and brown basmati rice.

Yes, yes and absolutely. Plus the version we've found tastes and smells so much better than so bought garam masala
