pizza
Pizza is a dish of Italian origin consisting of round, flat base of leavened wheat-based dough topped with tomatoes & cheese which is then traditionally baked in a wood-fired oven
Pizza (Italian: [ˈpittsa], Neapolitan: [ˈpittsə]) is a dish of Italian origin consisting of a usually round, flat base of leavened wheat-based dough topped with tomatoes, cheese, and often various other ingredients (such as anchovies, mushrooms, onions, olives, pineapple, meat, etc.), which is then baked at a high temperature, traditionally in a wood-fired oven. A small pizza is sometimes called a pizzetta. A person who makes pizza is known as a pizzaiolo.
In Italy, pizza served in formal settings, such as at a restaurant, is presented unsliced, and is eaten with the use of a knife and fork. In casual settings, however, it is cut into wedges to be eaten while held in the hand.
Pizza with Mushrooms Three Ways and Goats Cheese
This is a shamelessly ingredient-repetitionist pizza with a lot of topping components and combos - but less complicated than it looks. It's all about the toppings and flavours on whatever pizza dough or pizza base floats your boat or is easiest...
How do you eat pizza? Do you cut it into slices and then pick up with your fingers? Maybe you leave it whole and use a knife and fork. Perhaps there are other ways!
Been following the 'frozen' iguanas falling out of trees in Florida story and wondering how long it would be until iguana appeared on Florida menus.
Florida cold snap, creativity leads to iguana pizza and tacos on menu
The nearest "main town" to me had a Pizza Hut pre covid rubbish and thanks to that - they closed their doors. Their pizza's were excellent, that particular Pizza Hut, and they are now reopening during the first week of next year!
Hope they are as good as they were before ... :)

One of my hobbies is off roading.

When I went to my favorite pizzeria the other day, I tried to look at everything I could to get some ideas and noticed that their o⁶vens are set to 480, that seems low to me, but they make the best pizza I've ever had, so I decided to see of...
I thought it might be fun to see what “standard” pizza toppings are on offer in some of the different areas represented on the forum.
The list below is from the four pizza places in my local town. There are many, many other places further afield - maybe I’ll add some of those later, but for...

Normally this is made with cream fraiche, but since it is difficult to get where I am, I used cream cheese (home made). I have also made it with thick yoghurt.
