Normally this is made with cream fraiche, but since it is difficult to get where I am, I used cream cheese (home made). I have also made it with thick yoghurt.

Ingredients:
Dough: in some form or shape, pizza base (or if you are real lazy, pita bread or tortilla). I used sourdough made with the whet left from making cream cheese
Below amounts a roughly based on 1 pizza base
Onion: finely sliced, red is traditional (1 small one)
Cream cheese: (see above) - 1-2 table spoon
Bacon/lardons: 1-2 table spoons
Chives: just some, finely chopped (I thought this was traditional, but may not be so).

There are multiple ways to bake a pizza. I'm not going to give timings as I cannot predict what anyone's oven is doing.
I used an uuni 3, and baking time is about 1.5-2 minutes (and that is no typing mistake :wink: ).

Take your base, thinly spread out the cream cheese.
Top with onions and bacon
Bake pie.
Top with chives and eat.
