Russ, sorry, I don't have any lemon sorbet recipes. I do have recipes for Cranberry Sorbet, Ginger Sorbet, Green Apple Sorbet and Strawberry Sorbet and they all do use lemon, But, they are not tried and true and only 2 of them call for an ice cream maker. I'll leave it up to you.
