Air fryer cooking

Of course. Thats what I said, I think. It does confuse some people though. They expect results to be like deep fryng and they simply aren't.
Exactly and that is why I bought one, mainly so I didn't have to deal with used oil and so on. But as has been pointed out, the results in an air fryer are nothing like those from deep frying.

It can be useful for some foods though. A burger will cook quite well, for example and frozen oven chips (fries) if you buy such things.
 
We've got one. I don't use it. My wife uses it to heat up chicken nuggets!

I don't have an air fryer but something very similar and I use it a lot. I treat it as a small oven so I don't need to heat up the normal oven. It heats up very quickly and is fine if you aren't cooking large quantities. But I don't regard it as a fryer.

It will do oven cooked chips, roast potatoes or breaded fish very well.
