Authentic Australian Sausage Rolls

I'll try "anything once"!!

If I like it, I'll try it again ;) :D

Actually, I am thinking about making them now - just have to build up the enthusiasm a bit more. Now thinking a bit (that's scary stuff right there) I still have a roll of pork sausage meat ... I wonder how a mix of pork and beef would work???

Hmm - might make half just beef then half a mix ........ darn it way too many overly complex decision to make :(

Mixing would work.
The most popular ground neat in Holland would be half/half (pork/beef)

So I finally got around to making my own (hopefully) authentic Beef Aussie Sausage Rolls, and here is the step by step pics to prove I really did make them :)

Looking good!
Have you tasted them yet?

My other half and I have just had a couple and I have to admit, they aren't too bad. I know they have more flavor than the ones I bought and like them much more than the pork variety. They also seemed to cook quicker as well, or maybe that was just me.

The only thing I might change/add is tyhe worcestershire sauce next, but only a quick dash I think ..........
